About the job
This role is responsible for maintaining records of all stages of maintenance, overhaul, modification and inspection of aircraft in accordance with GCAA regulations and company requirements.
Perform actions related to aircraft component replacements in RAL
Maintain files with installed component certificates for each aircraft and keep historical records for components already removed.
Record entries in aircraft and engine log books regarding scheduled maintenance checks and engineering orders
Record entries in aircraft modification log for any modification or major repair carried out.
Record entries in log books in case of engines and APU replacements
Prepare necessary reports for aircraft certificate of airworthiness renewal
Provide relevant documentation for review during various audits
Prepare aircraft, engines and APUs monthly utilization reports for Finance department and for reporting to Lessors
Review and prepare aircraft records for aircraft re-deliveries
Report SB accomplishment to technical publications section
Retrieve and keep in separate files AD compliance records
Maintain records related to engines and APU shop visits
Monitor the entries of the technical logs in the system by the Technical Coordinator and ensure accuracy of information and attend to any disputes/doubts related to technical logs.
Provide training of new joiners in technical records section
Maintain an accurate filing system for all records.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Educated to a minimum of high school level.
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
Good MS office application skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Records.
