What we are looking for:
Our growing team is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic telemarketing executives who are committed to learning and long-term growth in the fields of sales, lead generation and customer service.
We aim to set up a business development cell that will grow over time and will include activities like sales development, sales support, inbound and outbound calling, customer service, research, as well as occasional sales visits.
The job responsibilities are flexible, and many opportunities for growth will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key job responsibilities:
Provide phone support to Hiperdist partners (and support via email and live chat as needed)
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Sell products and place customer orders online.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Research required information using available resources.
Process orders, forms, and application.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Answer specific questions about our partner technologies and troubleshoot issues.
Resolve customer issues in the first contact, only escalating the ticket when is appropriate.
Balance a steady stream of calls with accurate record keeping of customer interactions to ensure we are continuously delivering the best support possible.
Additional duties as assigned.
Native or full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English is compulsorily required.
University Graduates in any discipline.
Adventurous, entrepreneurial, driven a creative problem solver with an open mind.
A natural at efficient and straightforward communication in a non-scripted, high-touch service environment.
Cultural knowledge and ability to apply cultural context to customer support.
High emotional intelligence, empathy, and strong active listening skills.
