The position of a telesales executive typically revolves around selling products and/or services over the phone. These executives are also required to create and maintain client records. Successful telesales executives must be knowledgeable of the products or services he/she is selling and able to answer any questions clients may have. Good communication skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to negotiate and deal with potentially stressful situations in a calm and reasonable manner. These executives are also expected to perform as part of a team that shares a common goal of successful sales. Those in this position are expected to understand and follow all directions from the team leader/supervisor, and should also exhibit good organizational and writing skills.
Contact prospective customers via telephone to deliver sales pitches.
Perform follow-up services with customers to determine level of satisfaction.
Manage customer accounts and relationships using database and telephone calls.
Meet or exceed daily sales goals using strategies assigned by the supervisor.
Main focus on achieving the set targets (monthly & daily ).
Minimum 6 months – 1 year telesales experience is must.
Good command on English language is MUST.

FULL TIME: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ( 1 hour break )
