Proven experience sales/customer service role, preferably in selling training courses over phone.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets
Good knowledge of MS OFFICE, especially MS Excel and Power Point
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Candidate Must Review Website and Answer All Technical Question Raised.
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
