A. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Telesales will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales, real estate brokerage, property leasing, and property evaluation to high net worth clients.
The Telesales reports to the Director of Operations.
Approach potential customers, local and International with the aim of winning new clients for the company as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
Must have excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers from different nationalities
MUst be persuasive and highly motivated to make sales. Since it is often necessary to establish a relationship with a client before a successful sale, they must also be patient and persistent.
Should be proficient with MS Office.
Prime responsibility is to generate income by introducing our new products as and when launched to clients . At the same time to create calls into leads and further meetings.
Source new sales leads through research of all target sectors
Make outbound telephone calls qualifying leads and selling to new clients
Send follow up emails and calls to close sales
Research new sectors to target and source leads
Deal with inbound sales enquiries.
Telesales experience is must ,
Fluency in English/ Hindi (1st Set)
Fluency in English/ Arabic (2nd Set)
High level of motivation and even better communication skills.
Clear confident voice
Fixed Component – AED 3000 plus commission and other benefits.
