Main objective is to market company’s services and sell clients holiday products such as tourist/transit visa, hotel bookings, airport transfers, tour excursions and transportation to customers.
Offer high priority service delivery to customers.
Build long-term relationships with existing clients to retain repeated business.
Confidently liaise with clients; initiate new contacts, generate leads and manage client’s appointments to increase new business opportunities.
Interact successfully with a wide variety of individuals to aid business development successes.
Dealing with customer complaints by taking prompt action and offer best possible solutions.
Reporting issues and concerns to branch manager.
Use of various channels to market company products and services as per business needs and standards.
Remain up-to-date with evolving tourism industry trends.
Qualification and Experience:
A-Level education with a minimum of 1-2 years front line sales experience in travel & tourism industry.
Knowledge of world geography mainly UAE to facilitate quick itinerary planning.
Previous experience in designing holiday packages.
Customer Service & Marketing skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel.
Proficient in designing software applications i.e. Photoshop.
Ability to communicate in English is a MUST and any other language would be an advantage.
