Duties will include:
Arranging flights, insurance and accommodation
Using a booking system to secure holidays
Compute cost of travel and accommodations, using calculator, computer, carrier tariff books, and hotel rate books, or quote package tour’s costs.
Collecting and processing payments
Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
Sending out tickets to clients
Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required
