Understand clients’ needs
Identifying the gaps in the market
Creating custom solutions
Building Chatbot platforms from scratch
Presenting effective and efficient solutions
Converting leads into clients
Developing loyal customer relationships
Ability to assess learning outcomes & solutions
Assist and support Group Head of Loyalty & CX
Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts
To identify strategies which support the other business units to develop turn key solutions across multiple industries.
We like honest people that are solution oriented, with initiative, rationale and the ability to adapt to the dynamic GCC market.
A team member that is approachable, professional and eager to succeed.
We want to have them onboard next week geared and onsite for GITEX.
They would get a competitive basic salary + commission depending on qualification and experience.
Relative work experience in the same Industry (Sales & IT) preferred, Project Management
Willingness and ability to travel.
College Graduate with relative course preferred.
