Timings: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills. The person will be working within one of the leading companies in its sector with many clients within the UAE and GCC Countries.
Key responsibilities will include managing the office, visa typing and other office management activities.
The role will also require the successful candidate to reply to sales enquiries via email, phone an face to face meetings to close sales.
Office Manager / Admin
Manage online and paper filing systems
Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management
Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
Organise deliveries through courier companies
Ensure office and warehouse are always in immaculate condition
Supporting the operations, drivers, sales and finance team with other tasks as per requirement
Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
Computer literacy and knowledge of office software packages
Exceptional Communication skills (written and spoken in English)
Must be highly trustworthy and independent.
Very well organized, time manager and able to produce KPIs
Presentable and have the right persona to represent the brand
A good level of intellect, able to connect with the bigger picture
High core values, ethical, well spoken and able to work under pressure
