Description

KidsOBaby is looking for Customer Fulfillment Executive (Coordinator) for our start-up based in Dubai, UAE. It’s a start-up backed by one of the leading groups in UAE.

We are looking for a Female Candidate who has proven experience and can carry out the all customer fulfillment activities across the brands/markets operating in a multi-channel manner, ensuring customers receive orders on time & in full whilst minimizing costs

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Customer orders handling from order intake to dispatch, optimizing deliveries for target as “on time in full”,
Managing order status including daily analysis using Order Management System to track & ensure orders are fulfilled accurately & on time
Communicate with courier partners to maximize flexibility, minimize expenses and deliver the customer promise
Proactively work with suppliers / vendors to resolve inventory discrepancies and to ensure that the inventory is up to date.
Proactively liaise and coordinate packing & dispatch activities with fulfilling sites, ensure that plans are created & implemented
Identify service delays and propose alternatives for service recovery, maintaining customer promise

Monitor multi-site fulfillment to ensure optimization of AFR supply chain network, including suggested improvements to meet customer promise
Ensure KPIs for customer fulfilment are achieved
Sending an automated LPO to Suppliers based on the products ordered.
Reconcile the daily LPOs with each supplier and make sure all the Orders are dispatched from supplier’s warehouse.
Maintain SOP’s for functional areas ensuring adherence to agreed processes
Education Required : Bachelors in Any Disciple (Preferably in IT)

Requirements:

The candidate must be a Female.
Any Nationality.
A minimum of 1 to 2 years of Customer Service or Order Management experience.
Excellent Customer management Skills
Can work under pressure.
Excellent Team player and Understands the Value of Team work.
Highly focused and result oriented.
Fluency in English is a
Must possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Able to multi-task and work independently.
Proficiency in Excel is a must.
