Live Application Support- Person would provide the client’s users with Level 1 and Level 2 support involving – expertise on the functions of system.
Functional Support – Resolving functional queries faced by users and guiding them with appropriate solution. In case certain issues are beyond our purview and requires Yardi’s intervention, we escalate the same to them to have a speedy resolution.
Training – Person would in timely manner provide training to an existing or new staff based on client’s request.
System Administration – This involves in managing the user’s roles, its access rights and using system tools to keep the system up and running, with or without YARDI’s support GROUP. It also involves in managing the no of licenses, reviewing it timely with the client management and taking necessary actions as desired by client
Upgrade Testing – YARDI periodically releases its service packs and upgrades. If those are applicable for client’s business, person would do the necessary testing of the said upgrade along with YARDI’s support team so as to ensure that the existing business processes are not affected
Customized Reports (minor changes) – Aligning to business needs, if any of the customized reports developed requires amendments which are minor in nature can be done in consultation with the business.
